
Welcome! My name is Cierra Brandt. I am proud to be one of PFG’s Client Service Associates. I have a background rooted in customer service and have spent the past ten years honing my skills of developing meaningful rapport with the clientele I work with to foster trust, loyalty and respect. The last five years of my career have been in the financial industry ranging from operations, fraud mitigation to IRA processing, and certificates of deposit.
Improving people’s lives has always been my aspiration, though it has evolved over time from aspiring nurse to vet tech, to customer service. My purpose and main priority have always been to help those around me succeed. I strive to support my team and the clients of PFG to the highest of my abilities to ensure the continued success of all participants. Through continued education and training coupled with my diverse knowledge and out of the box problem solving skills I am committed to providing exceptional service.
Beyond my work life, the beach is my happy place, and I spend as much time outdoors as the Oregon weather allows. During the summer I enjoy camping with my son, rafting, and chasing waterfalls. When winter comes, you can find me at the bowling alley. I am currently in two leagues and consistently working to sharpen my skills on and off the lanes.
